The stain.
Black as hate, red as blood.
The stain
Screaming out in loss, hate, and pain.
So many eyes acknowledge the stain
So many hearts wounded by the pain
So many ears hear the lies
Why cant they look deeper?
Look past the stain, darkness, and anger
Look past the death, hate, and fear
Look past and surely you will see
The light
Bright and happy, loving and friendly
The light
Like a warm smile, a caring hug
The light is bigger then the stain
Why cant they see it?
Whip of the smudge
Blow the dirt away
Its there
I think you will find, its not that deep
Sometimes its not clear,
But its always there.
Look past the stain
Embrace the light

so many people keep focusing on the bad stuff, the stain of evil on the world, but they should realize, it may seem like theres a lot of bad, but thats just cuz its on the surface, no one looks deeper...
